• Timeline • The wedding ceremony will start at 4pm. Please allow yourself time to find parking and a seat, approximately 3:45pm. Cocktail hour starts at 4:40 till 5:30 pm where drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served. During this time, the wedding party will be taking photos with family. At approximately 5:30, the Bride and Groom will lead to the banquet hall for the reception. Dinner at 6:00pm, then celebrations and dancing until 10pm. • Location • Wedding and reception will all be held at one location: The Crown Plaza Hotel in Portland. Parking in the hotel lot costs $10.00 per vehicle. Please check in at the front desk to pay the parking fee. There is plenty of street parking. Street parking is metered and have a max parking time of 5 hours. • Attire • Dressy-Casual, whatever you feel comfortable in. • Adults and Teens 13+ • To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children under 13 years attend. If it’s a baby and you can’t be without each other, please let us know and it will be fine. • Hotel Accommodations • We have a block of rooms reserved for a discounted price ($164 a night). Call 503.223.2401 and mention “Tosh & Tommy’s Wedding” when booking to receive the discounted rate. Or navigate to hotel.toshandtommy.com then click on the “View” button to be routed to the Hotel site with the discounted rate embedded in the link. • Live Band • Music will start after dinner and be played by Dancehall days band. https://www.dhdband.com/ Feel free to request a song at the event. • Photo Lounge • There will be a photo lounge set with a professional photographer in the foyer where the ceremony was held from 7:30pm – 9:30pm.
