Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking at both the ceremony and reception sites.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The scenic gondola ride to the summit takes about 15 minutes, so we kindly ask that you plan to arrive at the base between 1:00 and 1:30 PM to allow plenty of time to enjoy the ride and get settled before the celebration begins.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All guests should plan to drive to Loon Mountain for the reception. If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks, we recommend returning there after the ceremony to catch the shuttle service to the reception. Additional shuttles will also be available at the end of the evening to bring you back.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, to allow all of our guests (including parents!) to relax and enjoy the evening, we kindly ask that our celebration be adults-only.
