Answer
Holland, MI is a very special place to us. Lucas lived in Holland for a few years after college and Tory's family has had land in Holland for generations. Located directly on Lake Michigan, the Cottage is where Tory's parents were engaged, where her brother was engaged, and where we were engaged. We spend time throughout the spring and summer enjoying Michigan's beautiful weather and enjoying time with friends and family. We feel truly lucky to be able to have our wedding and reception at this special place right along the shore of Lake Michigan.

Semi-Formal This will be an outdoor wedding, with the ceremony on the sand and the reception under a tent with flooring. Please choose footwear accordingly, and keep an eye on the weather for jackets and layers!

Parking Situation
Answer
There will not be any parking available at the cottage itself. We have booked a shuttle service to leave from the Courtyard Marriot in downtown Holland and transport guests to and from the hotel. We also have a second shuttle leaving from the Hampton Inn that will be running throughout the evening. We do not recommend Uber because it can be very unreliable and sporadic in Holland. For transportation planning purposes, please let us know where you plan to get on the shuttle when you RSVP.

Though we would love to see your children, we have decided to have an adults-only affair. We hope that with this notice, you will be able to make arrangements and attend our wedding.
