The Coastal Carolina Airport is the closest airport to the beach. It's a small regional airport, and you must connect through Charlotte (CLT). We recommend you give yourself an hour layover to get to your connecting flight. Once you get to New Bern, it will be another hour drive to the beach/venue. While Uber exists in Eastern North Carolina, we highly recommend our out-of-state guests get a rental car. Uber is not as widely available, and you will need a car to get around. As our airport car rental section is small, we recommend reserving a car as early as you can.

Flight

RDU, ILMRDU, ILM

If you would like a direct flight, we would recommend flying into Raleigh (3-hour drive to the beach) or Wilmington (1.5-hour drive to the beach). There will be more rental cars available at these airports as opposed to EWN.

As mentioned above, we highly recommend you book a rental car at least 4 weeks prior to your visit.

These are lovely ocean-front, 3-bedroom condos that are a 10-minute drive from the venue. The bride has had family own at this resort, and the units are clean and spacious. There are many units available to rent, and this is the main place we are recommending to out-of-state guests.

This is a centrally located hotel on the island that is a short drive from the venue. Very comfortable and clean rooms!
