Paul asked Erin on a first date to a Washington Nationals baseball game. The game was rain delayed and ultimately cancelled. They sat under the awning getting to know each other before being forced to leave the stadium.

Paul and Erin graduated from The Catholic University of America together! Paul with a Bachelors in Politics and Erin with a Bachelors in Nursing.

After living in Arlington, VA for 3 years and completing his Masters in Counterterrorism at American University, Paul and Erin decided it was time to move in together in Baltimore, MD, where Erin had been living since graduation.
