Guest parking is located in the side lot to the right of the Newnan Centre.

Answer

Wedding ceremony will take place at the outdoor gazebo and cocktail hour and wedding reception will take place indoors.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Temperatures will most likely be in the mid-80s/low 90s. Hand fans will be provided.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

A LIMITED number of hotel rooms have been reserved at Springhill Suites by Marriott Newnan. Rooms are priced at $90/night. Please contact the bride or groom to get access to the wedding group rate code. Reservations by out-of-state wedding attendees must be received on or before Saturday, 7/30/2023 4pm. Bookings can be made over the phone or online. To call in for reservations, call the number 770-254-8900.

Will transportation to and from the event be provided?

Answer

No transportation will be arranged to pick-up/drop-off attendees at the airport or transport guests from their hotels to the venue and vice versa. If guests are having difficulty arranging transportation for the wedding weekend, please contact the groom/bride by July 22nd. Carpooling is recommended.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Heels are not recommended as the wedding ceremony area is on grass.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

The colors for the wedding are purple, grey, and silver. Guests are free to dress in their preferred colors/styles while following the dress code.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or family members?

Answer

The wedding is by invitation only. Only invited guests who have been placed on the guest list and RSVPed are allowed entry to the event.

What type of food will be served at your wedding? Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Snacks/appetizers will be served during cocktail hour. Chicken and starch options will be served during dinner. A vegetable dish and a salad will be served at dinner.

Alcohol will not be served at this event. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

The only children allowed at the wedding are children that are a part of the bridal party (flower girls, ring bearer, junior bridesmaids). All other children under the age of 10 will not be allowed entry to the wedding. NOTE: All children who are attending the wedding must be cleared with the bride/groom and added to the guest list.
