Apparently, all it took was a like on Hinge that led to a 7-hour first date.  Lots of kisses and our first I love you followed within months.  We have experienced many things over the last 910 days and counting ...  a pandemic, moving in together, lots of movies, games, and weekends away,  meeting of families and friends, joint holidays, WFH, a new job, a promotion, lots of adventures, and even more to be grateful for.  An anniversary, unconditional love, a proposal, and here we are.... about to say I DO!
