We're getting married!

Thomas initially stumbled upon one of Emily's social media pages in 2021. This led him to joining an online forum that Emily had created for Catholic apologetics and evangelization. Right away, Emily and Thomas hit it off with one another, but were both in very different seasons of life. Fast forward two years later, and Thomas receives a job offer in Charlotte, NC. Still in this Catholic forum with Emily, he asks some people if he should move out of his parent's home and relocate to Charlotte. Emily told him he should because "maybe he will meet his future wife there." Well, he did meet his future wife there...after Emily flew from California to visit him for the first time in July of 2023. Emily would continue to fly about every month to visit him while she was wrapping up her final year of college in Chicago. After graduation, Emily decided to relocate to Charlotte to be closer to Thomas. After a year of Emily living in Charlotte, just days after celebrating their anniversary, Thomas proposed to Emily in the adoration chapel of their home parish, St. Ann Catholic Church.
