Popular spot for a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast. I'm particularly fond of the "Welcome to Miami" smoothie - perfect for the weekend!
Miami is known for their "club-staurants." If you want to eat in a gorgeous club style space and have overpriced cocktails, this is where to do it! We have been here ourselves and had a great date night. This would be a great spot for a group, as well. Definitely make a reservation.
This place is a Miami institution. It's been around for over 100 years, and they're known for their stone crab (as the name states). Try their fried chicken and hashbrowns which are more wallet friendly but still delicious.
If you're looking for a cool place to grab a cocktail on the beach, we think this place is a must. It feels like you're in someone's beautiful backyard.
If you came to Miami to PARTY, then you can't leave without doing drag brunch on Sunday. Maybe book the later brunch to give yourself time to recover, and don't forget the dollar bills.
If you're walking around the beach, be sure to head down Espanola Way. It's a charming little Spanish-style street with restaurants, cigar bars, and cafes.
If you're in Coconut Grove and in search of a breakfast spot, Chug's Cuban American diner will not disappoint.
If you're in Brickell, you have to stop by Brickell City Center. It's a beautiful indoor/outdoor mall with a luxury movie theater, shopping, and dining. If you're going to eat there, we suggest Motek, Luke's Lobster, Pubbelly Sushi, Casa Tua, or The Henry.
If you want a romantic date night in Brickell, we love Delilah. Is it overpriced? Probably. But unlike so many expensive restaurants in Miami, the food and cocktails are actually tasty and not little tiny portions. When we went, they even had a live singer. No pictures are allowed inside the restaurant because of their *celebrity diners* that frequent the restaurant.
If you think, "I can't come to Miami without going to some Cuban spots," then you have to go to Calle Ocho (8th St) in Miami. If you want a live band with your drinks/dinner, then this is the place. However, there's tons of great Cuban restaurants and bars around here.
If you love art, graffiti, or murals, you'll love Wynwood. It's a neighborhood completely covered in murals. You can visit the outdoor museum Wynwood Walls or just walk around and explore. If you enjoy Indian food, we recommend Ghee - our favorite Indian restaurant in Miami!
Do you want to see the Everglades, bike for 14 miles, and tell everyone back home that you were feet away from an alligator? Then go to Shark Valley. You can rent bikes there, and it's an experience you definitely won't forget.
