Alaska's outdoors is the inspiration for the general color scheme of blue (dusty blue, french blue), green (sage, eucalyptus), pink (dusty rose, pale blush), and tan/neutrals. Pants: chinos, khakis, or nice pair of jeans. Shirts: a polo or button downs. It would probably be helpful to have some kind of jacket since it can get a little chilly, even in the summer.
Pants and shirts: same as men. If you are planning on wearing a skirt/dress, consider something shorter than floor length and/or a slit to make it easier to pick up the skirt from the ground. Additionally, consider bringing additional layers (jacket, cardigan, sweater, etc) as it can get chilly in Alaska, even in the summer.
We would advise you bring some kind of boots/shoes you do not care about getting muddy. You can always change them later :)
