On May 29, 2024 Margaret and Chris had their first date at Pflugerville Park. There they shared a simple yet unforgettable meal of chicken tenders on a cozy picnic blanket. As they laughed and talked, the sun began to dip below the horizon. With the sky painted in soft shades of orange and pink, that quiet evening sealed the beginning of something special between them. From that moment on they were inseparable.

On March 15, 2025, Margaret and Chris took an exciting new step together, moving into their first apartment in Round Rock. The cozy space quickly became home, filled with laughter, love, and shared routines. Just a little later, on May 3, they added a new member to their little family—a playful, sweet puppy named Oakley, who instantly stole their hearts and filled their days with even more joy.

On May 29 2025, Chris and Margaret set out to Port Aransas to celebrate their one year anniversary. Along side their puppy, Oakley, Margaret and Chris walked along the shore at sunset. It was at that moment Chris kneeled down and asked the question.
