Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that guests arrive around 4:00 PM to find their seats and get settled before we begin.

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. For men, this can be a nice dress shirt, a suit, or a blazer. For women, cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are perfect. Please note the wedding will be a hybrid of indoor and outdoor spaces, but the outdoor areas are covered.

Yes! You can park directly in front of the building or in the gravel lot located on the right side of the venue.

We would prefer an unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture these moments! we kindly ask that you don't have your phones out so you can be fully present with us.

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

We love your little ones, but we have decided to have an adult-only celebration. The only exceptions are the children in the wedding party (our ring bearers and flower girls). We hope you can enjoy a night off with us!

Since our wedding is on October 9th, the Oregon weather can be up in the air! However, the venue is covered to keep everyone dry and comfortable regardless of the forecast. We still recommend bringing a light layer just in case it gets chilly by the river.

We are excited to serve a meal from Ristorante Di Pompello, we will have gluten-free options available for those with dietary restrictions.

Yes! We will have a bar manned by a licensed server featuring beer, wine, and two signature drinks: The Torrance: A classic Moscow Mule. The Grace: An Espresso Martini (our favorite coffee-infused cocktail!). Please celebrate responsibly. We want everyone to get home safely, so please do not drive if you have had too much to drink.

Please RSVP by September 11, 2026. This allows us to provide a final headcount to our caterer, Ristorante Di Pompello, in a timely manner. You can RSVP directly here on our website under the "RSVP" tab!
