We started talking on Facebook dating and we went to a Storm Chasers baseball game for our first date. We quickly met up again and continued to talk. Our second date was to Memphis Lake and Glacial Till. There was no going back from there.

Bri’s family got us tickets to the Kansas City Chiefs game on Black Friday as an early Christmas present. Earlier in November we’re at a craft fair and Bri fell in love with these handcrafted rings there. She jokingly told Joey to go buy her one and he did. Little did she know that Joey had been planning on asking for awhile. When we got to the game and got inside the stadium we went to the Ford Fan Club to hang out for a bit before the game started. Bri was sitting down and Joey went to the bathroom. When he came back he asked her to stand up and at first she didn’t want to. Joey likes to take his cold hands or drinks and put them on Bri to make her jump and since he was hiding his hands, that’s what she thought he was going to do and wanted nothing to do with that since it was already cold out. Finally he convinced her to stand up and he went down on one knee and she realized what was happening. Of course she said yes (otherwise you would t be here reading this).
