What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire: Formal | Black Out Please join us in wearing all-black formal attire for an evening of timeless elegance. Ladies, floor length black dress/gown and gentlemen, a black tux or black suite will do!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will be addressed to those that are invited. When you RSVP online, the names of invited guests will also be displayed. Due to venue's capacity restrictions, we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please reach out if you need to be connecting with a babysitting service.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. and we ask that you be seated in the Healing Lawn at the Ritz-Carlton by 3:45 p.m.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP tab on this website after you receive your formal invitation. We ask that you RSVP before September 30, 2025.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

We want our guests to enjoy their nigh out and an open bar will be provided. Keeping that in mind, yes there is valet parking at an additional cost at the venue, but we encourage our guests to utilize Ubers/Lyfts keeping us all safe.

What does the wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

We ask that you are seated for the ceremony by 3:45 p.m. The ceremony will be followed by an hour long cocktail hour and immediately followed by dinner and dancing. We will keep the party going in the same location til 1:00 a.m.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average temperature in January in Sarasota is a high of 71° and a low of 52°. The ceremony will be held outdoors and although it will be before sunset, we kindly suggest a wrap or sweater for your comfort. The reception will be held indoors.
