The venue is located behind Rode’s Fireside restaurant. Guests should park behind the restaurant, to the left of the barn. Please note that the paved parking lot is reserved exclusively for restaurant patrons and is not available for venue parking.

When should I RSVP by?

By March 25th please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive and be seated by 4:45pm as the ceremony will begin at 5pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code- dress how you feel best! I would like to note that the barn does not have air conditioning. There is heat if there is cold weather. Flat shoes are highly recommended as the floors are original from the 1940's so have cracks, etc.

Are kids welcome?

We love children, and our nieces and nephew will be playing a special role in our day. However, we have chosen to keep our celebration an adults-only event. We hope you can join us and enjoy a night off!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

There is a hotel block at the Hampton Inn - Swedesboro. Check out the Traveling page for a link to reserve! There also is a Holiday Inn right next door!

Will transportation to and from the venue be provided?

Answer

YES! Jitney’s will be available at the Hampton Inn to take guests to the venue. Shuttles will begin running at 3:30 PM, with the last departure at 4:15 PM. Return trips to the hotel will start at 10:00 PM. If you plan to drive and enjoy a few drinks, please don’t drink and drive! Rode’s is happy to let guests leave their cars overnight, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration with us. Please note that Uber and other rideshare services can be limited in this area. If you plan to use Uber, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance to avoid delays.
