What’s for dinner?

We will be having “That BBQ Place” Food Truck on site for guests to purchase their meal from. They do accept cash or card so please plan accordingly.

Is it BYOB?
Answer
No. We will be having an open bar. We pay for the drinks, you pay for your meal! Please do not bring outside alcoholic beverages, this is against our venues policies. If you are caught bringing alcohol in that has not been purchased and supplied by us then not only will you be asked to leave, but you risk having our wedding shut down.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would like to see everyone dressed in formal attire and you’re welcome to add a western flare. For the women, this may include a nice mid length dress, floor length dress, or jumpsuit. For the men, this may include a tuxedo or suit, black dress pants with a pearl snap shirt, or dressy sweater. We are requesting that nobody wear jeans, thank you. Please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly, our ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held inside with heat available.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, kids are welcome to come. However, if you choose to treat this as a kids-free date night we totally support that as well!! Just a heads up, there will be a time in the evening when the music will transition to potentially explicit language, we understand little ears may not need to hear certain songs. If this is something that raises concern for you, please plan accordingly to not have your kids present too late!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, we have room blocks for both the 14th and 15th at the Days Inn by Wyndham Cloverdale Greencastle. The rooms are offered at $139.99 and must be booked no later than October 30th.
