At the annual Lake George beach volleyball tournament in 2016, Ryan innocently lent Tori his bucket hat while she was keeping score of his team's game (because, let's face it, she was already burnt). Years later, at the local YMCA before work, Ryan recognized Tori as the twin sister of his friend, Katy. Ryan climbed on the stair master next to Tori, stuck his hand out, and introduced himself. Ryan specifically remembers that she was wearing a very blue mismatched gym outfit. After many loud laughs at the gym, volleyball tournaments played together, and approval from Tori's cats (Red and Leo), Ryan finally won Tori over and the rest is history...
