We had classes together and were friends throughout high school. About a year after we graduated we reconnected on Facebook. I messaged him asking if he wanted to go to the beach. The beach trip was traded for a date night and we have been in love ever since.

Quinton took me on a romantic weekend getaway to Newport, RI to see the mansions, On the day we had planned to come home, Quinton had planned to see the Rosecliff mansion. We already had our tickets, so when we walked in, we were able to bypass the line of people waiting in the main hall. Quinton asked if we could take a picture in front of the heart shaped main staircase, and instead of taking a picture he had one of the volunteers record a video of him getting down on one knee in front of the entire room of people and asked me to marry him. I was in COMPLETE shock and OF COURSE said YES!!!
