Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the patio overlooking the harbor, while cocktail hour will be both inside and outside.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we’re planning an adults-only celebration, as our venue is not suitable for children. Attendance is limited to those listed on the invitation. We hope you can still join us to celebrate our love!

Will there be transportation provided between the hotel and Swan Club?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle that will bring any guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue for the ceremony and will be available to bring you back to the hotel after the reception.
