Please be courteous to our photographer and keep your phones silenced and secured in a safe place during the ceremony. We aim to have your full attention and would hate to have any distractions. We will block out a time for guests to grab photos! During the reception, don't be afraid to share on social media and tag us using the hashtag #KickinItKesters We can't wait to see all the fun photos you gather!

After the ceremony and between the reception, the wedding party and family will be taking time to capture photos. Guests will file into the venue where they can find their seats and begin enjoying a nice, relaxing drink!

Outside alcohol? Bringing a cooler?

Answer

NO! I will copy and paste here what the venue had emailed me. I ask that there be NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS. Not just a policy of the RLMGC, outside alcohol at any establishment holding a liquor license is prohibited by Montana state law. Alcohol from outside the facility limits RLMGC’s ability to safely monitor alcohol consumption. Any alcohol not purchased on the property is strictly prohibited at all times anywhere on the property. Guests in possession of beverages brought from outside the banquet facility will be subject to the following disciplinary actions: 1. Beverages will be seized from guests upon discovery by the RLMGC staff. Unopened beverages will be available for pick up the day following the event. Any open containers will be disposed of. 2. If a guest is in possession of another outside beverage after already having one seized, the RLMGC staff will ask the guest to leave and they will not be permitted back into the event. 3. After one guest is removed, each additional outside beverage found will incur a $200.00 fee that will be directly charged to the Client’s final bill.”
