Josh took Tori here for a romantic breakfast the morning he proposed. She had no idea the ring was in his pocket while they were enjoying eggs benedict and buttery croissants.

After breakfast at Parc, Josh surprised Tori with a visit to the Observation Deck that has a breathtaking view of Philadelphia. They walked in, and while taking a picture in front of Benjamin Franklin's head, he got down on one knee and popped the question!
