Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Historic Old St. John’s, located at 240 Bleecker Street in Utica, NY. The reception will follow at Hart’s Hill Inn, at 135 Clinton Street in Whitesboro, NY. The two locations are about a 10-minute drive apart. Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Will the ceremony be livestreamed?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be livestreamed on YouTube and Facebook. Links will be provided at a later date.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

May 25th is the deadline to RSVP. You can RSVP through the website, or if you have difficulty, reach out to one of us!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3 PM. You can arrive at 2:30 if you want to make sure you're there on time!

Where should I park?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the ceremony, there is a small parking lot located next to the ceremony. In addition, there is street parking located on John Street and Bleeker Street. For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of space limitations, we’re only able to include the guests named on the invitation. If a plus one isn’t listed, we kindly ask that you attend on your own. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open bar? You bet! Just not top-shelf, but enough to cheers with all night long.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going semi-formal! Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or skirts are ideal, while suits or dress pants paired with a collared shirt also work well. Jackets encouraged, ties optional. Please skip jeans, shorts, and sneakers Our wedding colors are navy and sage, so we’d love for you to wear something in other colors to keep our palette special.
