Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses ,suit and tie or a sports coat. Our ceremony will be short and sweet but will be outdoors so plan for possible cold weather. Please refrain from wearing any variation of white or emerald green🙂

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will open at 4:00pm for seating, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:30pm. The inside of the venue will be open to guests to wait in prior to 4:30pm so you will not be expected to sit outside the whole time waiting. Guests arriving after 4:30pm will not be admitted. Please consider the weather as our ceremony will be outdoors. If there's no rain, ice, or snow, we will be uncovered. If there is any rain, ice or snow we will be under a covered pavilion.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If we have given you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "guest” on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has a parking lot dedicated to our ceremony/reception site. There is ample parking available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Stroudsmoor Inn has rooms available on site but are on a first come, first serve basis so we cannot guarantee availability. We have secured a room block at Penn Stroud in Stroudsburg (6 minutes from Stroudsmoor). We have included the link to book within our block in the travel section of our website!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you🙂

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to find a meal that will make them happy. If you have any specific concerns or allergies, please make sure to include it when RSVPing in the space provided.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVP'd?

Answer

We understand things come up. Just let us know right away so we can make changes! You can do this by reaching out to either of our parents or us directly!
