Pre-Ceremony drinks will be starting at 4:15pm. Please try to arrive by 4:45pm to get seated comfortably.
There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the venue. The venue is located towards the back of the parking lot near Smokey's restaurant. The parking lot is all gravel, so be careful in heels, ladies!
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 30, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count and make seating charts in a timely manner. We hope you understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed under your name within the RSVP. We hope you understand!
The ceremony and dancing will be located outside on the deck. However, dinner will be served inside. Keep in mind it will be late September and there may be a slight chill in the air, so keep check on the weather!
