Please RSVP as soon as you're able, but ideally by March 15th at the latest so we can put the finishing touches on our day. We invite you to RSVP directly through this website by entering your name in the RSVP tab. There are no mail in RSVP cards.
The event will be entirely outdoors. Please dress to the weather. Rain cover will be available as needed.
Semi-formal attire is requested. For men, a suit with a dress shirt, dress shoes and optional tie. For women, a dress or a stylish blouse paired with a skirt or dress pants, complemented by heels or dressy flats. Since the celebrations will take place on grass and uneven surfaces, choose appropriate footwear and maybe rethink the stilettos! The weather can be unpredictable this time of year so we recommend being ready for anything, from jackets to sunscreen. The wedding party will be dressed in blue but guests may wear any colour they wish.
We elected to marry in an intimate ceremony on December 28th in our dream location of Marco Island. On May 18th, we plan to celebrate this marriage with all of the special people in our lives. This marriage celebration will feature many of the common wedding festivities, aside from the formal vows and exchanging of rings. For more details on our ceremony and story, visit the 'Gallery' tab.
Our event is at capacity which means we are unable to accommodate too many additional guests beyond what has been designated on your invitation and in the RSVP section. If you have a special person or request that isn't already designated, feel free to reach out to us.
If they are listed on your invitation/RSVP we would love to have them! We will have child friendly food options and a few small activities available. We ask that you consider pick-up and babysitting options as needed so you can enjoy the later evening hours with us.
There is ample parking available at the Poplar Hill Park across the street. If you choose to drive, please have a designated driver or alternative ride home. Cars may remain in the park parking lot overnight if needed.
The easiest method of travel will be via a limo bus that will provide transportation (and fun times) between London and Poplar Hill on May 18th (see details in 'Travel' tab). There is also parking available and you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, however we would not recommend relying on cabs or uber to return home so please consider safe arrangements. The venue in Poplar Hill is about a 10 minute drive west of London and 25 minutes from downtown London.
We will have a motorized cart available to assist with the short walk and uneven ground.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by food stations with a selection of meat, fish, vegan dishes and salads. Our caterer is experienced with dietary restrictions and allergies and you can indicate specific requests upon RSVP.
A hotel block has been reserved at the Delta Armories hotel in London. Alternatively, there are many AirBnB options and other hotels available in London. We would recommend staying downtown for ease of access to restaurants, activities and transportation . Please see 'Travel' tab for more details and hotel block link.
There are plenty of rental car options at the London Airport if you would like the flexibility of your own transportation. If not, the cab/Uber ride from the airport to downtown London is approximately 15 min and $25. Once downtown, there are plenty of attractions within walking distance, a short Uber or public transit ride. For all wedding related events, we've got you covered - we will provide transportation via limo bus or carpool. Please see 'Travel' tab.
