Question

Is there a hotel block for the wedding?

Answer

We have not arranged a hotel room block, but we’re happy to share a few suggested hotels in the area for your convenience. Please see the "Travel" tab for these suggestions. Our wedding will take place at the Seattle Tennis Club in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle. Guests are welcome to stay at one of our recommended hotels in downtown Seattle or choose a nearby rental such as an Airbnb or VRBO.

Is there parking at the Seattle Tennis Club?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not parking for guests at the Seattle Tennis Club lot. We strongly suggest taking our provided shuttle or a ride share to the venue.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be a night for the grown-ups to relax, laugh, and dance the night away!

Okay cool, but are children invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

If you would like to bring your kiddos to the Welcome Party, they are more than welcome. Please just reach out to James or Tori to let us know that you will be bringing them along :)

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. Think elegant and sophisticated, but not black-tie. For women: Floor-length or midi dresses, or dressy cocktail dresses in summery fabrics and colors. Elegant jumpsuits are also welcome. Light, breathable materials and comfortable heels or wedges are perfect for the season. For men: Please wear a suit and tie, or a blazer and tie with dress pants and dress shoes. No tuxedos necessary. Venue note: Our wedding will take place at a tennis club, so please plan footwear accordingly for the lawn portions of the evening.
