It's your typical love story. Boy meets Girl swiping right on your favorite dating app in College! Our first "date" was a trip to the Penobscot Narrows Bridge. We rekindled our connection right before COVID hit. Tori was on Cape Cod while Jackson was up in Hampden, ME. There were lots of weekend trips to visit each other, and lots of miles added onto our vehicles. A couple of years later, we moved in together in Saco, ME with our pups Roo & Boomer. We have made it a point to have all those typical "first dates" together. The movie theater, mini-golfing, bowling, picnic, hiking, dinner out, etc.

How did Jackson pop the question? A fake photoshoot for the Photographers' website content! How did Tori end up in a white dress? Gilda, Jackson's mom, said it was her favorite of the 6. Korey, Tori's best friend, said it was the most beachy and flowy for a Beach shoot.... They both knew! We get to Gooch's Beach in Kennebunk and it is packed with pups and walkers, so we set up shop on Middle Beach. The rocks were eating up Tori's feet so while she put on her shoes, Jackson grabbed the ring from his bag. We got back to our places for more photos, and Jackson got down on one knee and said, "Tori Louise Leonard, ..." among many other nice things that Tori blacked out for. It was a solid "Yes!" More photos to follow and then we started the trip home in our wet ocean attire. We pulled into our house to see cars of our loved ones. ANOTHER SURPRISE! Thank you all who made the day so so special. We can't wait to continue to celebrate our love with you all in the year to come and many years to follow!
