Metro Transit Blue Line

From our experience, this has always been a very clean, reliable, and budget friendly travel option. The Blue Line light rail will pick you up at the airport and will run through downtown. You are going to want to get off at the Nicollet Mall stop (Nicollett Mall and 5th St.). From there, It is an 8 block walk or Uber to Nicollet Mall and 12th St to the Millennium Hotel. You may also use your light rail ticket to hop on a bus from 5th to 12th. You can catch a 10, 18, 17, 11, or 25, which will run about every 10 minutes.
