Question
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope or RSVP. When you scan the QR code to RSVP, you will be able to see the invited guests listed under your invitation.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
Yes! We encourage guests to wear semi-formal attire. We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
Scan the QR code found on your invitation using your phone camera. A text box will pop up where you then enter the name of someone in your party. From there, you will be able to RSVP for all members of your party. Make sure to RSVP for the welcome party and the wedding day. Guests can also RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab on our website page. Please reach out to the bride if there is trouble with your RSVP.

WHAT DATE SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by Wednesday, April 30th. If we haven't received an RSVP from you by the end of this day, we will assume you cannot make the wedding and your presence will be missed!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception to follow will be held indoors.

CAN I SHOW UP LATE TO THE CEREMONY?
Answer
Guests are encouraged to arrive early beginning at 3:30pm, because the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Unfortunately, if the ceremony has already begun and you arrive late, you will be asked to join afterward at the reception.

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will provide a seating chart with carefully arranged tables.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes! There is a complimentary guest parking lot attached to the venue. This is a cement parking lot that can accommodate over 80 vehicles.

WHAT IS THE WELCOME PARTY?
Answer
Instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we invite all wedding guests to join us the night before our wedding for a "Welcome Party." We look forward to welcoming all of our out of state family and being able to mingle with everyone before the big day. There will be lawn games, food, drinks, music and more. This event is dressy casual.

HAVE YOU RESERVED HOTEL BLOCKS?
Answer
While we did not reserve hotel blocks for our out of town guests, we have provided a list of the closest hotels to the venue, as well as the cities we recommend guests to stay in. This information can be found under the "Travel" tab of our website.
Question
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WEDDING REGISTRY?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is by far the greatest gift, but if you'd like to visit our wedding registry, it can be found under the "Registry" tab located on our website. We are registered at Amazon and Target!
