Shuttle buses will be available to and from the downtown hotels! Buses will depart at 3:45 PM, so please plan to be in the lobby by 3:30 PM. Return shuttles will leave the venue at 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Please be sure to indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle service!
Travel Note
Ample parking is available at the venue for those who prefer to drive! Please use the first gravel entrance, which will be clearly marked with a sign. Do not use the gated entrance. GPS may direct you there, but the correct gravel entrance is just past Shadwell Farm on the right. If you choose to drive, you may leave your vehicle overnight and take the shuttle back downtown. Please have all vehicles picked up by noon on Sunday.
Travel Note
If using Uber or Lyft, please instruct your driver to use the gravel entrance for drop-off. For pick-up, be sure to note the gravel entrance in your ride details. GPS may direct drivers to the private gated entrance, which will not open.
