Where can I park?

Hotel Ballard offers an underground parking garage but spots are limited and first come first serve. There are also several paid surface lots nearby and street parking available (though Ballard Avenue is popular, so give yourself extra time to find parking)

What is the dress code?

We suggest Cocktail Attire with a Summer Garden theme, think light colors that are uplifting and summery! The Pavilion has glass walls that can open fully if the weather is nice, so you may want to bring a light wrap or jacket for the evening breeze.

What if it rains?

Answer

The Olympic Rooftop Pavilion is covered and all guest should be able to fit inside at once, however, we have planned to have an outdoor tent if needed for additional coverage.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the Pavilion is located on the 5th floor and is fully accessible via the hotel elevator.

Is there a "Quiet Hour"?

Answer

Because Hotel Ballard is in a residential area, our music will wrap up at 11:00pm. We plan to continue the celebration at one of the many bars along Ballard Ave following the reception for all who would like to join!
