We first met our first year of college, in our College 100 class, when a mutual friend, also named Alex, introduced Alex as "this is another guy named Alex!", but then we didn't talk again in that class. A semester or two later, we had an art class together. We talked a bit then, but I was dating somebody else at the time, so we didn't get together. Some time after that, I found Alex again online, and we connected, and took our dogs to the dog park together, which eventually led to us dating!
