Couldn't Say "I Do" Without You..

Couldn't Say "I Do" Without You..

Our wedding party!

Desmond

Ring Bearer

Little Desi is the son of Arianna and Adam and the adopted nephew of Aunt Toad and Uncle Zack. With a grin and a giggle like this, he's the perfect guy for the job!

Margot

Flower Girl

An adorable cousin of Zack's that will most likely steal the spotlight through the entire day.. just as a flower girl should!

Jon

Best Man

Zack's best friend since the 6th grade. Met quickly after Jon couldn't open up his own locker (this guy has a law degree now) and ever since have been best pals. Have shared numerous memories through soccer, school and underage drinking. He's always been there for me whether it was getting friend zoned by the thousandth girl or being the first one to call when I got my first job. Wouldn't want another guy by my side on this most important of days.

Adam

Groomsman

Adam and I went to high school for three years together but never spoke one word to one another (sounds like someone else I know...). Were introduced through a summer job where we both mastered the fines arts of janitorial science. Couldn't think another guy that I would want to clean boogers off a desk with. Even through a not ideal work situation; a great, budding relationship was formed and that is a true testament to the guy that he is.

Riley

Groomsman

My good friend Riley, while not a literal member of #MadhouseOnAltaVista, he was certainly an honorary member of it. We met in college but not until senior year! Senior year was filled with some great memories that I got to share with Riley whether it was the Senior Bar Crawl, Gins for the millionth time, Cluster (IYKYK), or just any normal weekday at the Madhouse. What's another exciting experience to share with my best mate on my wedding day!

Joe

Groomsman

For whatever reason, I was deemed "cool" enough to invite into living in a house my sophomore year at Loras. The guy that was behind this "plan" was none other than my good friend Joe and thank goodness he did. Ever since, we have been friends through college soccer, being partners in crime in Arizona (once again IYKYK) and supporting him in Call of Duty since he is a complete liability in that game. If you know Joe, you know he will appreciate that last comment. No other guy I would want on my wedding party team though!

Alex

Groomsman

Alexander "Swingset" Perry. My adopted son. I handed down the keys to the Madhouse castle to him after my senior year. I knew this guy was "my guy" after seeing how passionate he is about the people (and houses) he cares about. I've always appreciated how much he reaches out to me for real world advice and so proud of the guy he has become. Even if that means texting him to make sure he is alive after one of his infamous skiing videos. How could I not have a guy like that in my wedding party?!

Will

Groomsman

Will and I went to high school together but I don't think our relationship really formed until after college where we both have made enough money to seek out each other's advice on how to lose it on sports teams we are "experts" on. Outside of sports, our friendship has blossomed into a great one whether that means trips up to his apartment to visit Claire (and Harold) or going to Lollapalooza. I am so glad that the four of us have gotten so close over the years now. So happy that I'll be able to share this day together.

Becca

Maid of Honor

What do I say about my sister? There are no words worthy enough to thank her appropriately for everything she does for me. As you all know, Becca is my soulmate and my absolute best friend. This girl is the peanut to my butter and the Chip to my Dale. Anyone that knows her knows that she is the smart, organized sister and she is the one that won't let anyone stand in the way of something she wants. Now if that doesn't say coolest little sister, I don't know what does. HER support of my marriage means the most to me. Bec, I couldn't live this life without you. Thank you for standing by my side on my wedding day. I love you so much. PS..I may be getting married, but we will still have sleepovers, we will always be duet partners, and we will FOREVER be The Adams Girls <3

Kaylee

Bridesmaid

My "little" cousin and the holder of the most beautiful heart in the world! Kaylee may be younger, but she has taught me more than I could ever teach her. As we've gotten older, watching her learn and grow has been such an amazing experience. This girl has gone through hell and come out with nothing but desire to help people, lift people up, and learn how to make the world a better and stronger place for women. She's an inspiration, a joy, and a badass in every sense of the word. I hope to be just like Kaylee when I grow up. It is an honor to have Kaylee agree to take time out of her crazy busy life and stand next to me on a huge day. We may have to be grown ups now, but you'll always be my own personal Princess Ariel.

Lizzie

Bridesmaid

20 years of best friendship with Lizzie.. Guys, this girl NEVER fails to make me laugh. Growing up, Lizzie and I lived across the street from each other. We got off the bus in first grade, yelled across the street asking to be friends, and the rest is history. Every brunette needs a blonde best friend, right? Well Lizzie is mine! So many nights eating ice cream out of the container and playing dress up at WAY too old of an age has turned into....still eating ice cream out of the container and dressing up to attend each other's weddings. Not much has changed, to be honest. This is my chosen sister. My ride or die. I need this girl by my side more than I need water. Thanks for buying so many plane tickets to Illinois from Houston. You da best. Love you, Ham Squad.

Arianna

Bridesmaid

The woman that knows me the most and can read my mind and my heart from hours away. The woman that introduced me to the love of my life in a secret set up at a party. From grade school birthday parties to wedding parties, we've done everything together. This is the kind of friendship that can go for months without seeing each other and pick back up finishing the sentence we left off on. Arianna has been my guide in our adult lives so far. When I moved in with Zack, I felt like I was constantly texting her for advice on how to live with a boy (cuz gross). I can truly say that I wouldn't be where I am today without this bonehead. I cannot wait to grow our families together. Thank you for pushing me to be better and for not hooking Zack up with anyone else! I love you, my girl. Forever.

Paulina

Bridesmaid

Work friends become best friends sometimes. Since the day Paulina and I met, it's been a budding relationship. Whether it’s constant texting, complaining about work over wine, or dancing the night away, the love is real and our friendship just goes to show, it doesn’t matter how long you’ve known someone, great friends are great friends. (She even still talks to me after I facetimed her in tears with cookie dough up to my elbow..) This girl is a true rock for me. I also want to challenge anyone and everyone to a Paulina dance off at the wedding. I wish you luck because this girl will twerk you right off the dance floor. Thanks for being you, P. I love you and thanks for sharing my love for disgusting teeth.

Connie

Bridesmaid

If there’s a team that could compete against me and Zack, it’s me and Connie. We've spent more time together than we have with our fiancés. (That’s what happens when you've worked within 6 inches from each other all day every day.) I don't get to work with Connie anymore now, but to say we are in CONSTANT communication would be an understatement. I've only known Connie for just over a year but I had no question that I need her next to me at my wedding. It's crazy how someone can become an instant best friend. She inspired my love for the morbid life and is the only one I can share my totally irrational fears with. (She's my high anxiety sister.) Honestly, Connie is the person that I never knew I needed in my life. She just.. Gets me. Love you, ya crazy.

Quinn

Usher

The creative part of our family! When she's not feeding her guinea pigs, she is always on her computer creating something. I've always admired her ability to do that. She has always been a great listener and I know that she is going to be a great support system at our wedding as always.

Mike

Usher

Everyone, this is Mikey Lee. A friend from my time in the Disney College Program. Mike and I are polar opposites but the love is real. Whether it was a shoulder to cry on or an ear to tell all of my secrets when I've had too much to drink, he was my person. This guy knows more about me than I do myself, I think. But I wouldn't want it any other way. If you get the chance, introduce yourself to this guy while he brings you to your seat. He will become a great friend in an instant.

Wade

Usher

Wade Heckendorf. The name describes it all. But really though, Wade is one of my best friends. If he would agree to wear a pink bridesmaid's dress, he would be up there with my girls. I met him in Florida on my Disney College Program in 2015. We became odd friends very quickly and he was always there for me. I love this idiot (even when I wanted to punch him for knocking on my apartment door at 6:30am to steal my coffee). Wade will be there to bring you to your seat for the ceremony and he will make you laugh with his bad dad jokes all the way there. He has this job because I want all of my guests to get to know him. He's the best.. but please don't tell him I said that. I don't want him to think I think he's cool.

Zach

Usher

So I met Zach on my Disney College Program. He came to my apartment while we were having a get together at the beginning of our time there and we were basically in the same room every day for 6 months. Oddly enough, Zach and I weren't as close while in the program, but after moving home (he actually still works in Disney), he has come to visit me in Illinois a few times! If you ever need a laugh from some dry, goofy humor, Zach is your guy. He’s also your guy you need help at 2am when your drunken roommate needs to be dragged into the shower (sorry, girl). I’m so thankful for your friendship, Zach and I am so honored that you agreed to be part of this day. I love you dearly and I can’t wait to make more memories! Pop the champagne!
