In 2010, my friends and I were regulars at the Flyers Skate Zone. We went every weekend. Of all the nights, the most memorable was March 12, 2010. This night, Rob attended a birthday party with a couple of his now groomsmen. He was sitting with his friends in the snack shop (typical). I walked by and started talking to them. We exchanged phone numbers and from then on, we always kept in touch.

Fast forward to March 2, 2020, Rob and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean with his family. On the first night we went to meet with a photographer and we told her we were interested in getting sunset pictures of us. We set it up for the next night. We both went to use the restroom in the lobby (well I thought we both did) this is when Rob snuck away and told the photographer that he was actually going to propose! Ah! The next night comes and we go to the front of the cruise ship and she starts taking our photos and then she tells me she wants to do one of just me, I turn around and look out at the water and when I turned around I saw Rob on one knee with the biggest smile I have ever seen on his face! Yes, Yes, Yes I said!
