Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

DoubleTree by Hilton offers a free shuttle to and from the venue! Information for the hotel block can be found in the 'Travel' section. Shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue: 3:30pm. Shuttle back to the hotel will start at 9:30pm, 10pm & additional as needed.

Kindly RSVP by June 15th for the sake of the bride & groom's Type A personalities :)

Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception will take place in the air conditioned ballroom.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony is set to begin at 4pm - please arrive no earlier than 3-3:30pm.
