Our story began miles apart. One of us in sunny Fort Myers, Florida and the other in (much colder) Michigan. Despite the distance and the wildly unpredictable Spirit airlines flights we somehow made it work. Our early days were filled with airport goodbyes, delayed departures and way to many hours spent in terminals. But through all the chaos, we built something beautiful. Long distance taught us patience, creativity and how to love each other across state lines. We celebrated milestones on FaceTime, counted down the days to every visit, and made the most of every minute we had together. Over time, the flights became more frequent, and the goodbyes got harder but our love grew stronger. Eventually, one of us traded palm trees for snow boots (yes, really). Florida sunshine was left behind for Michigan winters and we finally got to start our life side by side. No more airport runs, no more boarding passes just us. Now were beyond excited to start this next chapter surrounded by the people who cheered us on from the very beginning.
