Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. We recommend arriving at the wedding venue by 4:45pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black-tie optional. Make sure to wear comfy shoes for dancing!

Question

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles running to and from the Hyatt and Hilton hotels for guests staying there. Please be ready by 4:10 PM if you are planning to be picked up by shuttle at the Hyatt or Hilton hotels. The venue also has ample parking if you prefer to drive. Ubers and Lyfts are available as well, though we recommend scheduling your ride in advance, as ride shares can be slower in the area.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, cocktail hour and reception will be held outside as well in a tented pavilion (weather permitting).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Our reception will feature a variety of serving stations that will accommodate many different preferences, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy!
