We are officially uniting (and by that we mean we are making our team 'legal') and are looking forward to celebrating our love with all of you- the people we love! Since we are a fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants team, not to mention non-traditional, it should come as no surprise that our celebration is going to be anything but. That means: no wedding ceremony, sorry to bum you out, we're having our ceremony in private with Kai's furry face as our witness. But, that means all of you get to participate in the best part of weddings-the party! Our party will be held outdoors, and since it can get hot in San Diego in August, come dressed as you desire-flip flops, casual ripped denim shorts, or if you want to get fancy, go for it! All we care about is that you come prepared to dance, laugh, eat lots, drink lots, and be merry. Oh, and maybe be ready for A LOT of picture taking to suffice Heather's habit, and hopefully some random speeches made by all of you-we'd like that. The Party will take place Saturday, August 10th, 2019, and is a 21 and older event. For those of you traveling into town for the Party, we would love to have your kiddos be a part of any activities outside of the Party, so if you want to bring them with for the weekend and arrange for a sitter for the night of the Party, we'd welcome that! Our hope is to make this weekend as low stress as possible while spending quality time with those we love, without all the wedding hullabaloo.
