Kendal yards is a half mile from our home. The Centenial trail (an amazing paved river trail) runs through Kendal Yards and is only a short walk to our front door, no joke, it litterally brings you right to our front yard. Condos are available for rent throughout the neighborhood. When booking an airbnb, please feel free to contact us. We will make sure it is within the actually boundaries of the Kendal yards neighborhood. The surrounding blocks can be a tad less savory. Yet, Kendal Yards itself is a clean, fun, safe,and bustling with people, night markets, shops and many great resturaunts. We are so excited to see you in August!!!
