Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. Guests are welcome to wear traditional Pakistani wedding attire, Micronesian/Islander formalwear, or classic American formalwear such as long or floor length dresses and suits. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend wearing lawn-friendly footwear. The bride will be wearing white and bridesmaids will be wearing green.

Are kids allowed?

Due to space and cost limitations, we kindly ask that only children of immediate family (our parents’ and siblings’ children) attend. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only guests listed on the invitation are invited. We appreciate your understanding as we keep things intimate.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will be submitted directly through our website under the RSVP tab, which will become available once official invitations are sent out. Please be sure to RSVP by April 30, 2026, so we can finalize all event details. If you're unable to RSVP online, you're welcome to text your response to Arij at (407) 305-1361. Be sure to include the full names of the individuals who will be attending. Please only RSVP for those listed on the invites.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue. We recommend renting a car, as Oregon offers many beautiful sights, and destinations are spread out enough that having a vehicle is essential. Ubers may be limited in the Silverton, Oregon area.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Guests are welcome to begin booking flights and accommodations now! We’re in the process of securing room blocks, and in the meantime, you can view our recommended options under the Travel & Accommodations tab. The Oregon Garden Resort is located at the venue and offers a very convenient stay. We recommend booking as soon as possible!

How will I know where to go at the venue?

Answer

There will be signs and ushers throughout the garden to help guide you to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas. Everything will be in close proximity at the garden. For a better idea of the layout of the garden, please check the map available under the Schedule tab.
