Please download and complete this form before July 26th to ensure the discounted pricing. We have reserved several room accommodations from which to choose. Room options and pricing can be found in that Guest Booking Form document. Please note, this is an "all-inclusive" resort and you are not limited to these options. If you would like to upgrade feel free to discuss any of those choices with the guest coordinators. We will be traveling Southwest Airlines. Any Chicago guest, Southwest does direct flights to Punta Cana! Feel free to fly however you'd like!

Dominican Republic Travel Safety Statement

Our travel agent has also provided us with official statements from AMResorts (the managing branch of Now Onyx) to help relieve worries of traveling to DR. Now Onyx is owned by our travel agency and we have been advised that there is an American Consulate on site at our resort. We have been assured it is SAFE to travel to the DR and hopefully this will ease any worries of traveling to this destination.
