Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we love a Denin Darlene moment, we politely ask that you leave your Levi’s at home and take this opportunity to dress up! Ladies, think dresses of any colour (except white of course); gents, no need to rent a tux (though you can if you’d like), a suit and tie or dress pants and collared shirt are just fine! We also recommend packing a second set of clothing for those who wish to enjoy the bonfires that will be on site. We would hate for your fancy duds to smell like smoke!

Are kids invited?

We absolutely adore your little ones, but unless included on the invitation, this will be an adults only wedding. Think of it as a date night!

Where can I stay?

There are a number of rooms blocked off at the Best Western in Cobourg, but we recommend booking your room sooner than later to guarantee availability.

Is there transportation to/from Cobourg?

Answer

This is currently in the works, but there will be transportation arranged in advance from the venue back to cobourg on us.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We know it is customary for wedding guests to give gifts for the newlyweds, and we think that is so lovely! However, instead of traditional wedding gifts, we’d so appreciate any cash towards our honeymoon/new house renos!

Most importantly; is it an open bar?

YES! We want our guests to have a great time without having to find an ATM or take out a credit card. Let the drinks flow and let’s party!
