We met the first day of kindergarten, and we did not like each other one bit. Year after year in school, that dislike grew stronger until right before our senior year of high school. We decided to go to homecoming together to force mutual friends go out with one an other. And a small friendship was formed. Over the course of the next year, we grew closer and decided that after many movie "dates", we didn't want to go away to college without having each other in our lives. We went on a walk and just decided we wold be together.
In the midst of a global pandemic, Michael decided they needed to do something fun. There was a beer tasting at a local movie theater in Columbus called Studio 35. The theater was doing a ten beer tasting and a Ferris Bueller's Day Off showing (Caitlyn's favorite movie). At the end of the credits, instead of Ferris coming out on screen to tell everyone to go home, Michael did. He got down on one knee and asked Caitlyn to marry him. We are excited to celebrate the next chapter of our lives with you!
