If you’ll be traveling in for the festivities, we kindly ask that you use the hotel booking link below to reserve your room. Booking through this link ensures you receive our special group rate and helps us keep everything organized for the weekend. Please be sure to make your reservation by August 21st, as rooms in our block will only be held until then. For your planning: check-in is at 3:00pm. If you’re hoping for an earlier check-in, you’re welcome to call the hotel the morning of your arrival to see if one may be available. Check-out is at 12:00pm.

Shuttle

Shuttle Bus Service

September 18, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

For those of you staying at the hotel, we’re happy to provide shuttle service to and from the venue on the wedding day. Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:30pm and 4:00pm to ensure everyone arrives in time for our 4:30pm ceremony start. We kindly encourage you to plan accordingly and catch one of these departures so we can begin right on time. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel with departures from the venue at 9:30pm and 10:00pm. Guests are welcome to drive to the venue, as on-site parking is available.
