In light of the recent increase in covid cases we are asking that all guests adhere to the following guidelines prior to the event: 1) if you are feeling sick or believe you may have been exposed to covid-19 we ask that you please stay home for the safety of others. 2) we are strongly encouraging all guests eligible complete their covid-19 vaccinations 3) Per CDC guidelines, we are recommending that all guests take a covid test within 48 hours of the event and do not attend if results are positive. if you have any concerns regarding test availability please reach out to us and we will do our best to help! if you have any concerns or questions not mentioned here regarding these requirements or covid-19 we are happy to assist! We rarely get the chance to dress up and would love for you to get dolled up with us! we are asking our guests to wear semi formal or cocktail attire- this can include dresses from cocktail to floor length depending on your preference, suits, slacks and button ups, or formal jumpsuits. However if you would prefer to come in a full storm trooper uniform Nick will gladly make an exception to the dress code!
January in Florida is traditionally chilly (by our standards) however Florida is always unpredictable! We recommend being prepared for temperature from the 40s-60s. the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (during sunset) with the reception inside so layers are encouraged.
We are providing a shuttle from the main hotel (springhill suites lake nona) to the venue and back. The shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel at 3:30 PM and depart from the venue at 10:00 PM.
The venue will begin letting guests in to the ceremony space at 4:00 PM. There will be refreshments provided and plenty of room to mingle before the ceremony start time of 4:30 PM.
The venue has plenty of free parking for guests! you will park in the main lot of the royal crest golf course.
YES! Your children are just as important to us as all of you! We welcome your children to attend however please ensure you have rsvpd for them as well so we count them in the guest list. We will have a children's table with activities available during the reception for any little ones to enjoy, and Kara will be there dancing the night away!
For catering requirements, we have a strict guest list. With this in mind we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on your invitation and RSVP.
Please have your RSVP to us no later than December 1st, 2021. You can RSVP directly on out wedding website by accessing the RSVP tab. Please keep in mind, due to catering requirements, we will be unable to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by this deadline.
While we would love to have you with us we completely understand if you are unable to make the event! You will be missed but please let us know by December 1st, 2021 so we can plan accordingly.
We will be serving passed hor d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and a full meal with dinner. our meal will include our favorite food - korean bbq street tacos! The primary protein offered will be chicken however we have plenty of vegetarian items available to go with it. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement please let us know with your RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate.
Our ceremony will be unplugged and we request no photos during this time. Our photographer will be there to take plenty of pictures which we look forward to sharing! We encourage photos of the rest of the event - please tag any posted pictures with the hashtag #ToTheTopliffes so we can see!
