FAQs

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. The Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. All attire is to be in winter shades of blue or gray. Please refer to the invitation for color scheme. *Please NO wearing white*

Question

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, it will be clearly stated next to your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided that this will be an adults only event. We encourage you to use this night to let your hair down and have a fun night out. We do understand that childcare can be tough to find so please let us know if we can help in any way!

Question

Is There A Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes, there is! The couple Coordinated with Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hotel in Middletown, Delaware to ensure easy booking for any guest that would like to stay the night. When booking your reservation, let them know you are booking under Brown/Sharp Wedding along with code: BSW and then they will apply the discount. *This booking is on a first come first serve basis*

Question

Answer

The doors open at 4:30pm. Ceremony starts at 5:00pm SHARP.

Question

When Do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out in April. RSVP deadline is May 31, 2025.

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special days of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. The professional photographers will capture all of our special moments and we would be upset if any well-intentional guests' phones block their view. Don't worry, we will share all of the pictures with everyone! After the ceremony, by all means, snap as many pictures as you can handle. Thank you in advance.
