Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

To make it easy for all guests, our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception with dinner will all be held at The Westin Buffalo. 250 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14202

What is the schedule?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm followed by the cocktail hour at 5:30pm and reception with dinner and dancing 7pm-11pm.

Where do we park?

Answer

Valet parking is complimentary for all wedding guests. Enter in from Delaware Ave and into The Westin Buffalo Tunnel. Valet signs will be posted. Please tell attendant you're there for "The White/Toole Wedding". If you do not choose to do Valet, you can park in the Delaware North Parking Garage, entrance located on West Chippewa St. Or find street parking around the venue.

Will our wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Depending on the weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, we have secured a discounted room block at The Westin surrounding the dates of our wedding. You can find further details on the travel page. We have also included some additional hotels that are close by.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, suits or gowns welcome.
