We Almost Struck Out

After many failed relationships, Brittany and Charles decided they would live their lives and let God answer their prayers about love. In May 2017, they were sent to a drug testing course in Mobile, AL where they met. Brittany was being quiet and a little bitchy, while Charles was being the class clown. Clearly, the two are opposites, but, you know what they say, opposites attract. They were both attracted to each other, but neither one would make the first move. This went on for two months, as they continued running into each other without even sparking a personal conversation. Strike one was in the drug testing course. Strike two was during Charles' military duty that Brittany was randomly asked to assist with. Strike three was almost the night they met on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, LA, but Charles couldn't let that happen. After all, who finds love on Bourbon Street? At the end of the night, they were going separate ways when Charles had enough. Brittany was texting her friend when Charles took the phone from her hand, entered his cell phone number, called himself, then finally gave the phone back. From there, they conversed every day and night for two months before seeing each other again. Of course, they went on several dates but the only one that matters is the night of the proposal. Brittany planned a last minute date night to see the Pelicans vs. Warriors in New Orleans on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. They invited a couple of friends who are Warrior fans and made it a double date. During halftime, everyone went to use the restroom, get food, and drinks. When Brittany walked out of the restroom, she was reading the messages on the big screen and the next one said, "Brittany Sherer, you are the best thing that's ever happened to me. Will you marry me?" Charles was down on one knee and waiting to hear one word... YES! Brittany and Charles would love for you to join them as they exchange vows and begin the rest of their lives together. Colors: Pink & Gray
