How to Book using the Room Block?

Answer

Call 1800-242-6556; Bookings cannot be made online. Tell the operator you are booking under the Morgan+Godwin room block and they will give you the discounted rate for the room. Rooms will go fast, please plan accordingly. Deadline to book with discounted rate - 09/20

What if all the rooms are booked at designated hotel for room block?

Answer

The bride and groom have listed additional hotels that are relatively close to wedding venue site.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless indicated on the invitation, guest are not allowed to bring any additional guest.

Are children allowed to come to the wedding?

Answer

No, sadly this wedding is for guest 18 and older. We would like our guest to enjoy a care-free evening with the bride and groom. Please make arrangements for childcare prior to arrival.

When can guest arrive?

Answer

Doors open for guest at 4pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, once the ceremony has started guest will not be allowed to enter the banquet hall until the ceremony is completed.
