The ceremony and reception are only a five-minute drive apart, allowing for a quick transition between the two events on our special day.
Guests can request rooms in a hotel block at Ayres Hotel & Spa that we have coordinated for a discounted rate, or can book a hotel or Airbnb independently. When your party RSVPs, please let us know if you would like to be included in the hotel block reservation and we will send you the booking link for the reserved rooms with the set rate. The hotel is a ten minute drive from the venue, and includes free parking and breakfast. The reservation and price will only be available for booking until 30 days prior to the weeding. Please keep in mind that it will be Labor Day weekend, so many people will be traveling to enjoy the extra day off. To ensure the best prices and availability, please secure your rooms in advance.
